Le '''festival LaSemo''' est le premier [[festival de musique]] durable en Communauté Française. Né en 2008, dans le cadre enchanteur de l'île de l'Oneux, à [[Hotton]] (Belgique - Nord de la [[province du Luxembourg]]) ce jeune festival a immédiatement séduit un large public. Son concept est simple: prouver au public qu'il est possible de s'amuser tout en étant un peu plus respectueux de l'environnement.<br />

== Le concept ==<br />

LaSemo, qui signifie "La Graine" en [[Esperanto]] est un festival à la saveur particulière. Centré autour d'une programmation musicale pop et festive, ce festival fait également la part belle aux artistes de rue. Ces derniers envahissent la plaine entre les concerts, mais également le camping dans lequel l'ambiance est festive tout au long de la nuit.<br />

Si l'ambiance y est festive et le cadre exceptionnel, LaSemo est aussi une sensibilisation grandeur nature et par le concret aux bienfaits du [[développement durable]]. Pas de discours fertiles, pas de moralisation: LaSemo a pour ambition de montrer l'exemple.<br />

Un événement durable est écologiquement responsable, socialement actif et économiquement raisonnable. <br />
